well, i saw your gallery and from the tablet drawings this was probably the one with best improvements even though i would suggest you to try getting more patient with the shades of colour, it looks sloopy in a lot of areas, for example in the hair you could try adding at the end some random strokes of hair with different tones so it end up looking more real, and on the skin try using a lottt of different shades of the colour you are already using, four or five its ok to start of with, make the shadows a little more darker so it creates the sense of depth and add some more lights on the cheeks for example, and the nose, you can practice with those painting issues and play around them to create more personal styles
